Innovobot welcomes Guy Lafond as Chief Commercial Officer
The Quebec native returns to his roots to spearhead our growth strategy
Montreal, November 29, 2022 — Investment and innovation platform Innovobot is thrilled to announce the appointment of Guy Lafond as Chief Commercial Officer.
Guy joins us to develop and implement our commercialization strategy. Working with the Innovobot team and our ecosystem, he will help identify and exploit markets ripe for innovation and disruption, while building collaborative relationships with customers and ecosystem partners, to secure sustainable growth.
Guy returns to his native Quebec with impressive credentials gained through a formidable international career as a technical product management executive. He brings a proven record of results-driven thinking and leadership, delivering products globally for Fortune 500 utility and industrial enterprises.
Prior to joining Innovobot, Guy was Senior Director of Offering Management for global technology giant Honeywell, in Texas. He and his team managed the smart energy business for electricity and connected software with P&L accountability for approximately $320M in annual revenue. Other career milestones include the successful launch of a new metering product for European and South-East Asian markets with GE Energy/Industrial Solutions, and orchestrating a 40% increase in revenues as V.P. North-America Meters for Aclara LLC.
