The acquisition builds on several years of successful collaboration between Innovobot and IFC on the development of innovative passenger experience systems.
The transaction marks a pivotal moment for IFC, coinciding with the company’s 50th anniversary and positioning it for accelerated growth in a rapidly evolving global inflight passenger experience market. Inflight Canada will strengthen its position with innovation, product development, and expansion into new markets.
